I offer an exercise programme writing service. Get fitter, stronger or lose weight with the help of a Personal Trainer.
Each bespoke workout plan is valid for up to 4 weeks (after which time your body will get used to the exercises and adapt less efficiently) and can be used whenever you like, wherever you like. Your programme will be designed to help you reach your specific health and fitness goals, and optimise your overall fitness. Subsequent exercise programmes are progressive, to ensure that you keep moving towards your goal without plateauing.
